**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive prompt, courteous, and professional service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their issues
* Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that our customers receive seamless support
* Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions, using our customer support software to track and analyze customer data
* Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement
* Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicating these to the team, driving innovation and excellence in customer support
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication), with a strong foundation in customer service and support
* 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service
