**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced customer support specialist to join our team on a part-time, home-based basis. As the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, you'll respond to emails, direct messages, and text messages with a warm, engaging, and brand-aligned tone. You'll also manage customer support operations across various platforms, maintain records of customer feedback, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage customer support operations across various platforms, including Shopify, Gorgias, Slack, and Klaviyo, processing refunds, reshipments, and subscription modifications.
* Maintain meticulous records of customer feedback in spreadsheets, analyzing and presenting key insights to the team for continuous product and service improvement.
* Develop and maintain efficient internal systems for streamlined operations, including inbox organization, order logs, and product feedback reports.
* Provide administrative support to co-founders, including scheduling meetings, conducting light research, and performing data entry tasks.
* Proactively contribute innovative ideas to enhance the customer experience and foster a vibrant community atmosphere.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Demonstrates a genuine enjoyment of enhancing customer experiences.
* Exhibits exceptional organizational skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet management and system creation.
* Possesses advanced proficiency in Slack, Shopify, and G Suite; familiarity with Gorgias, Recharge, Klaviyo, and Rebuy is considered advantageous.
