As a Customer Support Specialist in our arenaflex team, you'll be employed by arenaflex, but working closely with our client, arenaflex, a renowned industry leader in technology. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch support to arenaflex's customers, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Specialist in our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's customers * Developing efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the support they need in a timely and professional manner * Treating customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures, and maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude * Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues and improving processes to enhance the customer experience **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2) * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (although training and coaching will be provided to help you excel in your role) * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment * A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team **What We Offer** As a Customer Support Specialist in our arenaflex team, you'll enjoy: * A full-time job, with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-19:00 * An hourly rate of €8.03 to €8.56 (during the trial period and after) * Performance-based bonuses, recognizing your hard work and dedication * A supportive team, with fantastic colleagues and managers, as well as real opportunities to grow in your career * A dynamic and inclusive work environment, with a commitment to equal employment opportunities and a work environment free from discrimination and harassment **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your career.
