Key Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Virtual Customer Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in comprehensive training and certification courses to ensure you're equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role
- Providing exceptional customer service by guiding and helping others with a friendly, empathetic attitude
- Using your home computer and phone to answer inbound phone calls, video calls, and/or live chats to provide top-notch customer support
- Committing to and following through on working a minimum number of hours per week, ensuring consistent and reliable support for our clients
- Being accountable in all areas of work with us, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity
Qualifications
To succeed as an arenaflex Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:
Standard Requirements
- At least 6 months of customer service experience and/or administrative experience (preferably in a similar role)
- A quiet home office with a computer/laptop, headset, and reliable/strong internet connection (with a minimum download speed of 5Mbs and upload speed of 3Mbs)
- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Strong spelling and grammar skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
- A strong work ethic and commitment to making customers happy
- Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
Technical Requirements
- A CPU with an i5 (or equivalent) processor, with an i7 recommended
- Internet Download Speed: 5Mbs down speed minimum
- Internet Upload Speed: 3Mbs up speed minimum
- Network Latency: Max 250 MS latency max
- Operating System: Win 8.1 (64bit) or Win 10 (64bit)
- RAM: 4GB minimum, 8GB recommended
- A home office set up with an ethernet cord connected to your computer
- A desktop or laptop connected to a nearby router or wall for firewall/security purposes
