**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Working in a collaborative environment to ensure the success of our organization
* Handling various aspects of customer support, including ticketing, baggage handling, and reservations
* Managing cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
* Calculating charges, making change, and balancing daily transactions
* Reviewing and handling baggage and freight
* Answering phone calls to provide information to guests, paging clients, resolving issues or grievances, and assisting as needed
* Managing exchanges to load the aircraft in an efficient and effective manner
* Managing misused clients due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
* Resolving such issues quickly and within the guidelines set by the organization
* Providing current and accurate fare, schedule, reservation, flight arrival/departure information, and answering general questions from clients and other guests at the airport
* Completing forms and reports as required by the organization
* Writing anomaly and complaint reports as needed
* Performing other work duties as directed by Supervisors
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job
* Ability to understand records, follow guidelines, learn and comprehend tagging strategies, rules, and regulations
* Ability to work with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
* Ability to complete the Customer Support Representative training program with an 80% or higher average and assessment period
* Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises as needed
* Ability to work under close time deadlines to achieve quick turnaround of aircraft
* Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance, understanding the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule
* Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space
* Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Ability to convey information and directions verbally or through radio equipment
