Key Responsibilities
- Telephone Support: Provide exceptional telephone support as scheduled, ensuring that customer questions are answered completely and professionally. Log each contact, including information and resolution achieved, in our ticketing system.
- E-mail and Chat Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing all questions and issues in a timely and effective manner. Ensure that customer information and resolution are properly entered into our ticketing system.
- Skill Improvement: Continuously strive to improve your cognitive and customer service skills, including proficiency with supported products, problem-solving ability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communication: Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, or suggestions to your supervisor or department manager. Communicate trends, issues, and solutions to supervisors and management.
- Supporting Coworkers: Offer procedural advice and assistance to other representatives, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Maintaining Positive Relationships: Help maintain positive working relationships with support clients, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Adhering to Guidelines and Policies: Provide all support functions within the guidelines of blithequark and client policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: The ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, superiors, and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong listening skills.
