Some of the advantages of working at arenaflex include: * Competitive starting wages * Opportunities for wage increases after 3 months of service * A comfortable and climate-controlled work environment * A 20% discount program for all employees on pet-related purchases * 401(k) matching with company contributions * Professional development and growth opportunities * Access to company-sponsored social events and team-building activities * Paid time off and holidays * Comprehensive health insurance with company contributions * Paid parental leave and pet care benefits through Care.com * Discounts on various products and services through our LifeMart program **What You'll Do** As a Customer Support Representative on our Veterinary Assistance team, you'll be responsible for: * Connecting with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve client issues, and explain order requests * Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as needed to resolve issues * Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's healthcare software * Maintaining a high level of quality through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders * Working with empathy, attention to detail, patience, compassion, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike * Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being open to feedback and continuous improvement * Communicating with veterinary facilities via phone and other channels, using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record client notes * Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/client phone contacts **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) * Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes) * A strong work ethic, with a focus on ownership and self-motivation * Proficiency with Microsoft Office * High school diploma or equivalent * Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy (if required) * Strong decision-making skills * Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment * Ability to adapt to change as needed to meet business requirements * Flexibility to adjust your schedule and stay at work longer than required, as needed * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to pass a background check * A strong commitment to punctuality and attendance **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
