**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Customer Service**: Provide top-notch support to customers via phone and in-office visits, addressing topics such as first-level technical support, billing, scheduling, and inside sales.
* **Data Management**: Maintain accurate CRM data records, including customer cancellation reasons, technician difficulties, call trends, and more.
* **Billing**: Handle customer finances, including outbound collections and inbound payments via card, cash, and check.
* **Field Dispatch**: Manage scheduling for field technicians, including installations, service calls, and maintenance.
* **Inside Sales**: Sell careerzynith services to potential customers who've expressed interest via inbound requests, providing price quotes and outbound follow-up to support our sales team's goals.
* **Tier 1 Technical Support**: Provide technical and network problem resolution to users, guiding them through step-by-step solutions to resolve issues such as username and password problems, hardware and software setup, and connectivity issues.
* **First Level Network Support**: Monitor our network for outages and report potential issues to our NOC technicians.
* **Other related duties**: As assigned by management, you'll be expected to adapt to new responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of careerzynith.
**Required Skills/Abilities**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

**Physical Requirements**
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll spend most of your time sitting at a desk and working on a computer. You'll also need to be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
