**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**
As a customer support representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary duties will include:
* Providing enthusiastic and compassionate customer service to ensure that our clients feel heard and supported
* Working closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and deliver seamless experiences
* Managing multiple software programs and tools to efficiently handle customer inquiries and concerns
* Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications
* Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
* Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations to ensure consistency and quality

**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
* Two years of customer service experience preferred; knowledge of payments industry a plus
