Our Media Operations team is responsible for the preparation, acquisition, management, and documentation of various types of media formats and content, including the distribution of live programming. This role can be assigned to and will work within a few different functional areas in this group. **Content Operations** Our Content Operations team is ultimately responsible for effectively delivering Disney's entertainment and sports content to millions of people every day. This includes creating, managing, and driving a global content distribution network – the complex process required from taking a pre-recorded program or film, or live content, from within Disney to audiences all over the world, in their preferred language and format. This team also leads innovation activities in Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be an essential part of our customer support team, assisting Disney enthusiasts from the comfort of your own home. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, resolving customer complaints, and answering questions about our products and services. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and you'll be expected to be flexible and adaptable in your work. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to Disney enthusiasts from around the world * Resolve customer complaints and answer questions about our products and services * Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment * Be flexible and adaptable in your work * Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals * Participate in training programs to improve your skills and knowledge * May participate in training others in functional areas and produce training documentation * Investigate and document any critical issues or incidents * Work with innovation teams to improve existing applications * Provide decisive reasoning to everyday tasks * Acquire and acquire advanced skills in various functional areas to best work with the coordination of tasks **Essential Qualifications** * At least 2 years' practical TV production experience at the major market or organization level * Ability to work late shifts, weekends, and holidays * Adaptability to adjust shifts/days off and stay at work longer than required to accommodate projects and departmental targets * Ability to perform tasks under close deadlines, work independently, and perform on concurrent activities * Ability to function as part of a team dynamic * Fantastic communication skills are a must * Amazing hierarchical, proficiency, and IT skills are required to design skills * Willingness and ability to adjust to a continually evolving environment * Good computer foundation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...) and solid communication skills * Secondary School Certificate or Same **Preferred Qualifications** * Active foundation in a live production environment, internship, or similar educational experience * Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems like Quantel * Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour * Opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home * Flexible work schedule * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive training programs to improve your skills and knowledge * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and love all things Disney, we want to hear from you!
