As a Remote Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of Arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued customers. You'll act as a liaison, providing product and service information, resolving emerging problems, and advocating for our customers when necessary. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
* Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues and answer questions
* Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
* Gather customer feedback and use it to improve our products and services
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement process improvements and ensure excellent service standards
* Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Track record of over-achieving quota (if applicable)
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

* Excellent communication and presentation skills
