With a relaxed, yet professional and fun work environment, we're the perfect fit for those who enjoy being part of a dynamic team. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Representative – Chat Operations, your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services * Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review * Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review * Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services * Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support **Key Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment **Requirements** * Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus) * Basic internet and window-based computer skills * Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a helpful bonus * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment **Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
