As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that's committed to helping our clients achieve their goals. **Position Description** We're seeking highly skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Associates. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through outbound and inbound calls, including appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting.
