**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to directly support our customers and escalate issues as necessary. You'll be responsible for organizing and escalating issues to the engineering team, helping answer product questions, and educating our customer base.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our Hubspot support portal
* Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported
* Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
* Use Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Preferred Experience**
* Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to distill solutions from many sources of information
* Experience working in a customer service role
* Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
