**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Customer Support**: Provide timely and effective support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, answering product usage questions, and resolving onboarding, setup, and subscription inquiries.
* **Collaboration**: Work closely with other teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure seamless interactions and promote the voice of the customer.
* **Communication**: Communicate daily with Tier 2 (Technical Team, Specialists), and Leadership to raise important user concerns, customer sentiment, and product feedback.
* **Project Participation**: Participate in support-related projects to leverage your unique skill set and contribute to the growth and improvement of our team.

**Minimum Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **1+ years of experience** in Customer Support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a SaaS environment.
* **Technical Troubleshooting**: Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, with a strong understanding of the difference between technical troubleshooting and brute force.
* **Service Indicators**: Experience working with service indicators and using them to drive customer satisfaction and success.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain composed and patient in high-pressure situations.
* **Platform Experience**: Experience troubleshooting and supporting iOS, Android, and Windows platforms, as well as cloud-based software like Microsoft Suite and OneDrive.
* **Collaborative Work Style**: A collaborative and consultative work style, with a high level of integrity and accountability.
* **Multitasking**: The ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, with a strong motivation to learn and grow.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
* **Experience with arenaflex Software**: Familiarity with arenaflex software solutions and a passion for learning and growth.
* **Customer Success**: Experience in customer success, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
