**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support to our internal teams and clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, internal teams, and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and chat support
* Perform high-volume data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
* Assist internal teams with administrative tasks, such as data management, reporting, and record-keeping
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support and data entry operations
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of administrative experience with a customer/client focus, preferably in a customer support or data entry role
* Ability to perform high volumes of detail-oriented work at an efficient pace
* Experience working with inbound and outbound calls is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
* Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality on sensitive items
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data entry systems
* Certification in customer service, data entry, or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
