**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and effectively presenting products and promotions
* Building rapport and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and personalized service
* Meeting or exceeding performance metrics in customer service
* Efficiently multitasking and navigating through multiple systems during each interaction
* Collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate support
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
* First Response Time (FRT): Respond to customer inquiries within 2 hours
* Resolution Rate: Resolve customer issues within 1 hour
* Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve a CSAT score of 90% or higher
* Net Promoter Score (NPS): Achieve an NPS score of 50 or higher
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
* Basic English writing skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Self-motivation and a willingness to learn and grow
**Skills and Background Needed**
* No previous experience required; full training will be provided
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
