About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers with a variety of complex financial products and services, including proactively seeking out ways to improve their experiences and outcomes.
- Offering ideas and solutions for customer success, and collaborating with internal teams to implement these solutions.
- Performing moderately complex research to resolve complex customer problems, including communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Receiving direction from management and escalating non-routine questions when answering inquiries or resolving issues.
- Providing best-in-class customer experiences, adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.
- Interacting with management, peers, and external customers on products, services, or customer segments.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- At least 2+ years of experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers or solving customer problems, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform customer solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on complex financial solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset in this role:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on complex financial solutions.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance, with a focus on risk management and mitigation.
- Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on data analysis and research.
