**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Success Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering a 5-star experience to our small business advertisers. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and exceptional customer support, helping to strengthen arenaflex's revenue retention and drive business growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Logging into an inbound phone queue to consult and educate current Yelp advertisers on the value of our platform
* Highlighting ad performance metrics to demonstrate the return on investment for our clients
* Utilizing strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client issues
* Becoming an expert in arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapting product recommendations to suit client needs
* Exhibiting strong communication skills, both externally with clients and internally with other arenaflex employees
* Remaining organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment
* Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly goals
**What It Takes To Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:
* A Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
* Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
* A love for local businesses and an understanding of their importance in local economies
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to track and complete numerous details
* The ability to handle tough conversations with business owners in a professional, solutions-oriented manner
* The ability to strike a balance between consulting and supporting as needed
* A willingness to receive and implement feedback
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and always-changing environment
