**What You'll Do**
As the Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding and driving product adoption to ensuring long-term retention and account growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Own the post-sales lifecycle**: You'll be responsible for ensuring customers get the most out of our products and services, driving adoption, and delivering exceptional experiences.
* **Partner with sales**: You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless handoff process, helping new customers get to value quickly through tailored onboarding.
* **Manage customer relationships**: As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll build and maintain strong relationships throughout the lifecycle, driving renewals, expansions, and upsells.
* **Develop customer success processes**: You'll build and continuously refine processes to help us scale effectively and deliver exceptional experiences.
* **Collaborate with product and engineering**: You'll work closely with our product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.
* **Lead customer education and engagement initiatives**: You'll design and implement initiatives to educate and engage customers, driving high adoption and satisfaction.
* **Experiment with GTM strategies**: You'll explore new strategies for upsells and scalable onboarding, ensuring we're always innovating and improving.
* **Define and track key metrics**: You'll establish and monitor key metrics such as retention, NRR, CSAT, and time-to-value to ensure we're meeting our customer success goals.
**Your Background**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Experience in B2B SaaS customer success**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in a B2B SaaS environment.
* **Onboarding, adoption strategy, and relationship management skills**: You'll be skilled at onboarding new customers, driving adoption, and building strong relationships.
* **Technical and business acumen**: You'll be able to speak to both technical solutions and business outcomes with stakeholders.
* **Self-starter mentality**: You'll thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment and be comfortable taking ownership of your work.
* **Strong communication and relationship-building skills**: You'll be an exceptional communicator and relationship builder with a customer-first mindset.
* **Passion for AI, automation, and improving sales/customer workflows**: You'll be passionate about leveraging technology to improve customer experiences and drive growth.
* **Bonus**: Familiarity with CRM tools, AI products, or sales automation software will be a plus.
