**Job Summary**
As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving client satisfaction and growth. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions, and developing strategic plans to ensure their long-term success.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a portfolio of 20-25 high-value clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
* Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and revenue expansion
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell careerzynith solutions, working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
* Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration

**Essential Qualifications**
* 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
* Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and growth, with a strong focus on customer service and support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
