You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions, and developing strategic plans to ensure their long-term success. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage a portfolio of 20-25 high-value clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty * Develop and execute strategic plans to drive client growth and revenue expansion * Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell careerzynith solutions, working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless client onboarding and support * Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within careerzynith **Essential Qualifications** * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment * Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and growth, with a strong focus on customer service and support * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations * Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Knowledge of careerzynith solutions and products, or a willingness to learn and develop expertise * Experience with sales and marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot * Certification in customer success or a related field, such as CSIA or CSM **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities * Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
