As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers, working closely with our engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Success Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our largest and most important customers, working directly with them to identify and resolve issues, automate repetitive processes, and communicate roadmaps and technical information. You will also work closely with our business and support teams to prioritize operational issues, understand customer use-cases and configurations, and help prioritize features. **Key Responsibilities** * Work directly with some of our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve issues, automate repetitive processes, and communicate roadmaps and technical information. * Collaborate with our engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver exceptional results and drive customer success. * Prioritize operational issues, communicate roadmaps and technical information, and become intimate with the architecture of our systems. * Develop deep understanding of customer use-cases and configurations, and help prioritize features. * Automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Work closely with our business and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience. * Communicate technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued success and growth. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or engineering capacity. * Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. * Experience with Amazon Redshift or similar data warehousing solutions. * Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. Python, PowerShell). * Strong understanding of cloud computing and data analytics concepts. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or engineering capacity. * Experience with arenaflex products and services. * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git). * Strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts. * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
