**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Success Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
* Collaborating with Revenue and Success, Marketing, and Legal teams to maximize renewal success and identify additional upselling opportunities
* Working in partnership with Account Executives to ensure the right sales resources are engaged to increase growth within existing accounts
* Completing renewal lifecycle management, including administrative tasks such as acquiring Purchase Orders, forecasting, quoting, agreement negotiations, and order creation and submission
* Engaging with Revenue and Customer Success counterparts to identify and mitigate risk within the customer base
* Partnering effectively and cross-functionally with sales account executives supporting this customer segment

**Essential Qualifications**
* Curiosity around SaaS, technology, or workforce development
* Basic understanding of business development, sales, or customer success
* Comfortable using a variety of communication methods (sending outbound emails, making outbound phone calls, conducting virtual meetings, leading webinars, etc.)
* Business sense and ability to analyze data to address customer situations
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools
* Proven track record of success in upselling and cross-selling
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Compensation**
The annual base salary + variable compensation for this role is $63,000 - $70,000 USD. arenaflex's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable.
