**Job Description**
As a Customer Success Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of customer relationships across multiple product offerings. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **Technical Product Support**: Handle inbound support interactions, providing fast and effective solutions to customer issues via call, text, or email. This will also involve rotating on-call 24/7 for at least 7 days per month.
* **Account Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
* **Product Management**: Serve as the liaison between our product team and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication on bug fixes and feature requests. You'll also work closely alongside engineers to provide customer feedback that shapes our product roadmap.
* **Debugging**: Assist our product team in identifying and resolving bugs through end-to-end testing, reproducing issues, and submitting bug tickets.

**Compensation**
