**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Answering customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Empathizing with customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are being met
* Collaborating with the Customer Success Supervisor to meet or exceed established service level agreements (SLAs)
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* A passion for and understanding of the arenaflex brands, customers, and products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and chat platforms

* Experience working in a subscription-based service or e-commerce environment
* Knowledge of fashion industry trends and brands

* Certification in customer service or a related field
