Role Overview

You will report to the Customer Success Supervisor and be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements. Key Responsibilities
- Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly, relatable, and professional manner, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported.

Qualifications and Requirements
