As a Customer Success and Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting our impact investors, helping them navigate the world of sustainable investing, and shaping the future of arenaflex.
**Your Role in Shaping the Future of Impact Investing**
As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll work closely with 3-5 colleagues to deliver exceptional support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Making Our Customers the Heroes**: Understand the needs and desires of our customers, and help them achieve their goals through responsible investing with arenaflex.
* **Expert Support**: Provide expert guidance on arenaflex and its features, answering phone calls, responding to chats, and replying to emails.
* **Conceptional Shaping of the arenaflex Product**: Collect valuable customer feedback to inform the development of new features and solutions, ensuring a seamless user experience and maximum value for our customers.
* **Onboarding and Support**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, providing valuable advice on registering, identifying, and getting ready to use the investment platform.
* **Process Improvement**: Contribute to enhancing the customer touchpoint experience and take ownership of small projects, such as updating the FAQ section of our website.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Agent at arenaflex, you should possess:
* **Language Proficiency**: Be fully proficient in German and English (C1 level in both). Swiss German and/or French would be a strong plus.
* **Passion for Impact Investing**: Be excited to spread the word about arenaflex's mission to mainstream impact investing.
* **Problem-Solving and Empathy**: Demonstrate great problem-solving skills and empathy for people and their situations.
* **Open and Communicative Personality**: Possess an open, communicative personality, with experiences in phone duty or email support being an advantage.
* **Technology Affinity**: Enjoy using tools to track customer feedback and have an affinity for technology.
* **Fun and Collaborative Team Player**: Be lots of fun to work with and enjoy collaborating with colleagues.
* **Standard Office IT Tools and CRM Systems**: Be proficient in standard office IT tools and CRM systems (e.g., MS Office, preferably G-Suite, Jira or Zendesk).
* **Financial Knowledge**: While not a must, having an interest in how to change the world with proper financial allocation is a plus.
