**Job Summary**
The Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor will be responsible for analyzing incoming requests for information (RFI's) and requests for proposal (RFP's), supporting sales teams in pursuing these opportunities, and creating detailed pricing files and proposals to be used internally and provided to customers. This role will also involve participating in solution design, pricing, proposal creation, sales collateral development, sales reporting, and general sales support.
**Primary Responsibilities**
As a Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor, you will:
* Collaborate with sales teams, lines of service, and operational units to design creative business solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
* Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Complete RFI and RFP responses, developing and maintaining pricing models in coordination with sales processes.
* Develop and maintain libraries for sales and marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
* Create reporting for sales pipeline and other ad-hoc reports as requested, utilizing Salesforce to manage and analyze data.
* Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the success of our logistics and supply chain division.
**Education and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite skills.
* Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
As a Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor, you will possess:
* Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations.
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management and customers.
* Ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
**Working Conditions**
This role will be based in our office environment, with occasional work in a warehouse setting. You will be required to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods, with the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

**Compensation and Benefits**
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with pay based on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. The pay range for this role is $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly.
