**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Sales associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing fast, friendly service to customers, actively seeking out opportunities to assess their needs and provide assistance
* Learning about our products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
* Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
* Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty, and working safely as not to endanger yourself, co-workers, vendors, or customers
* Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments

**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Knowledge of building materials, tools, or other related products
* Ability to speak multiple languages
