If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Service/Repair Representative, your primary duties will include: * Interacting with customers, repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate customer property returns for paid repair or warranty processing and shipment. * Managing repairs from customer/channel request through delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution. * Requesting and entering required information per written process to execute repair, maintaining accurate records and documentation. * Collaborating with repair technicians to prioritize repairs, meeting schedule and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) targets. * Leading problem resolution activities, addressing capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnaround requirements. * Completing repair orders (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) per process, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent to customers. * Supporting activities that meet KPIs (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity, etc.) required to successfully manage the business. * Running reports, reviewing detailed datasets, and recommending process changes to improve KPI delivery. * Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet/exceed service goals. * Supporting other roles or tasks as requested by management. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, or related field). * 2-5 years of experience in customer service, repair order management, or a related field. * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and driving business growth. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications:** * 2 years of experience in managing repair priorities for customers, documentation/reports, and problem resolution activities. * Familiarity with repair order management systems and processes. * Experience working in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of professionalism. * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
