**What You Will Do in This Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative, you will:
* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures to effectively sell and upsell products and services.
* Achieve specific sales targets and maximize sale opportunities on each and every call, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
* Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance, such as training programs and sales competitions.

**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred.
* Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred.
* Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
* Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
* Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner.
* Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
