**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to our claims coordination team, including data entry, follow-up on missing information, and review of invoices for accuracy
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information to ensure timely and accurate processing
* Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our claims management systems

**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
* Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a claims coordination or insurance-related field
* Knowledge of claims management systems and software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
