**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one.
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and solutions.

**Requirements**
