As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our customers. You'll be responsible for managing a team of at least 30 direct reports, providing leadership support for new initiatives and deployments, and actively engaging in team growth. You'll also assist with projects as needed and attend 1-on-1 meetings with your direct reports to discuss performance and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and supervise daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team member
* Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
* Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
* Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment
* Provide coaching, feedback, and annual performance reviews as well as formal corrective action
* Manage daily productivity for your team and ensure success is measured by team performance metrics and surveys
**Requirements**
* High School Diploma / GED or equivalent years of work experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
* 5 years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office, claims, or customer service environment
* Previous call center environment experience
* Proficiency with Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
* Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00am - 10:00pm CST, Sunday through Saturday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 2 years of customer service experience
**Telecommuting Requirements**
* Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
* Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
* Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
**Soft Skills**
* Ability to multi-task, including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
**Compensation and Benefits**
* Salary range: $48,300 - $94,500 annually (based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
