**Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-3 years' work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems, with experience using various computer systems and customer service platforms.
* Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
