+ Solving disputes and retaining clients while minimizing operating loss through adherence to established rules and regulations.
+ Fulfiling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics.
+ Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding arenaflex, its clients, and assets.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Requirements**
* 1-3 years' work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems, with experience using various computer systems and software applications.
* Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with a strong track record of resolving complex issues.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
