**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our self-storage facilities. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their storage needs and making suggestions for packing and moving supplies
* Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
* Manage cash drawers and make bank deposits, maintaining accurate records and ensuring financial integrity
* Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required
* Perform daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
* Transport and lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds, and spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
**Physical Requirements**

* Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
**Qualifications**
* Experience in customer service centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business (mileage reimbursement available)
* Ability to work flexible and full-time schedules between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm (weekends 'til 5pm)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
