**Your Role at arenaflex:**
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Connecting with customers to resolve their questions or concerns, calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Meeting sales objectives as defined
**Qualifications:**
We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 6 months of customer service experience, with a minimum of 6 months of call center experience preferred
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* 6 months of sales experience, with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience preferred
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
* Superior negotiating skills
**Work from Home Requirements:**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
* Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
+ Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
+ ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
+ Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
+ Proof of internet speed required
