**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Contacting existing customers on behalf of arenaflex to continue their subscriptions and trials with our products and services
* Upgrading or resubscribing their services utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
* Delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives, including the number of contacts, leads, conversions, and sales
* Delivering productivity results that meet client performance objectives, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy
* Adhering to standard contact procedures and attempting to build relationships, build support for client products and services, and overcome prospect objections
* Adhering to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Must be a North Carolina resident
* Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
* Sales, call center, upselling, retail sales, or customer service experience is highly preferred
* Professional vocabulary
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
* Assertive, quick thinking
* Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
* Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus
* Good computer skills
**Technical Requirements**
To perform the duties of this role, you will need to have the following technical requirements:
* Must provide your own computer or laptop
* Internet connection - direct wired connection: minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)
* Windows 10 desktop or laptop current on all security updates
