As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. **Job Description** As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship with our clients. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and be able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner. **Main Job Duties:** * Manage and assign emails to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries * Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner * Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency * Enter tracking numbers into arenaflex's ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order tracking * Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes as needed * Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability of products * Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure timely delivery * Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to ensure timely delivery * Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors to ensure accurate financial records * Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment **Skills and Qualifications:** * Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors * Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Proactive work ethic and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and emails * Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a bonus * Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines **Requirements:** * E-commerce/Support & Sales experience: 3 years (Required) * A reliable and fast internet connection is required for this position **Benefits and Perks:** * Competitive salary: $22 - $24 per hour * Two weeks of paid time off, plus all major holidays * One-hour paid lunch * Annual raises and bonuses * Comprehensive health insurance * 401(k) matching * Paid time off * Parental leave * Work from home option * Equipment provided **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.
