This is a Work at Home position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. To ensure your success, we require:
* A high-speed internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing customer support to customers via telephone and/or Internet, e.g., instant message, email
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty or billing/payment
* Moving customers to the appropriate Product Support Specialist for product or service-related issues
* Processing a high volume of customer inquiries regarding offered products and services and resolving a targeted percentage of those inquiries
* Troubleshooting customer problems, identifying the root cause of the problem, and using tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems
* Escalating issues to the appropriate resource when unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time
* Following up on escalated issues with coaching and mentoring to learn appropriate solutions and expand overall knowledge
* Tracking and documenting inbound support requests and ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
* Updating customer information and ensuring accurate entry of contact information
* Meeting standards of job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time
* Providing guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced associates
* Performing other related duties as assigned

* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Proficient in PC operation and navigation
* Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others
* Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
* Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Organization and work prioritization skills
