**Responsibilities**

* Resolving customer issues, complaints, or concerns efficiently while ensuring client satisfaction

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
* Client Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
* Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
* Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or customer service) is a plus
* **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
* **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
* **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
* **Flexibility**: Ability to work various shifts as required by the business
* **Authorization**: Authorized to work in the USA
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a remote-based customer service environment
