Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work from Home – USA

Our team is made up of talented individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service * Reviewing customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and personalized service * Following policy and procedure guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency * Helping customers change travel plans, confirm or obtain their itinerary, request refunds, or report travel issues * Processing refunds and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Placing outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary to resolve customer issues * Documenting information and outcomes as necessary to ensure accurate record-keeping **Essential Functions** * Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service * Review customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and personalized service * Follow policy and procedure guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency * Help customers change travel plans * Provide or confirm customers' travel itinerary * Process refunds * Help customers solve travel issues * Place outbound calls to travel partners (hotels, rental car agencies, etc.) as necessary * Document information and outcomes as necessary **About You** To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need: * Prior customer service experience (at least 1 year) * Strong geographical knowledge and experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products * Excellent customer service skills, including strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Strong typing skills and proficiency in using the internet and navigating seamlessly between multiple applications * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the travel industry or personal experience using travel products * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed * Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools **Technical Requirements** To work as a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll need: * A computer and equipment meeting the following specifications: + Internet: High-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or satellite) + Operating System: Windows 10 + Processor: Intel Core i5, 1.5 GHz and above + Memory: 8GB of RAM + Hard Drive: 256GB + Browser: Internet Explorer 11 and latest version of Google Chrome + Monitor: Dual monitors, each capable of displaying at least 1920 x 1080 pixels + Sound: Sound card (standard on most computers) + Virus Protection: Up-to-date anti-virus software + Headset: USB noise-canceling headset **Work-Life Balance** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and create a schedule that works for you.
