**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits**: Use your knowledge and problem-solving skills to address patient inquiries and concerns.
* **Tracking patient interactions**: Document all interactions in real-time, using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly.
* **Ensuring patients are equipped with the best advice**: Identify and empathetically address patient concerns, escalating appropriately when necessary.
**Requirements**
* **High School Diploma / GED**: Required for this role.
* **1 year of relevant experience**: In customer service or a related field.
* **General PC knowledge**: Including Microsoft Office.
* **Excellent communication skills**: Verbal and written.

**Work Environment and Company Culture**
