**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily activities will include:
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with customers and provide exceptional service
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
* Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and manage customer interactions
* Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of customer service

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Good verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues

**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you'll also be eligible for performance-based bonuses and benefits.
