Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and promoting our benefits to union members. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound calls from union members, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Set appointments and conduct presentations to union members who are interested in our benefits.
• Utilize basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure high standards of customer service are met.
• Develop leadership skills through training and development programs, enabling you to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the growth of our team.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels.
• Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• A positive and upbeat attitude, with great energy and a passion for customer service.
• The ability to interact effectively with people and groups, building strong relationships and resolving conflicts.
• Good customer relations skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
• Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience, preferably in a union or association setting.
• The ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees, demonstrating a team player attitude.
• Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada.
