* Respond to customer needs, providing relevant information, such as extra plan details, benefit plan details, and self-service tools
* Explain customer rights and limitations as per contract
* Maintain accurate records and track customer interactions, including contacts with suppliers and plan supporters
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or healthcare)
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
