**Join arenaflex's Virtual Team**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our 24/7 call center facility, working from the comfort of their own home. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for receiving and resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced virtual environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Receive and respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner
* Categorize calls and resolve issues according to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
* Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures, and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments
* Utilize excellent interpersonal skills, including tact, patience, and courtesy, to build strong relationships with customers
* Work effectively in a virtual team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* At least one year of prior experience in customer service, call center technology, or a related field
* Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-keypad
* Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Reliable, high-speed internet connection with at least 50 mbps download speed (cable or fiber)
* Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
* Smartphone with Android OS or iPhone for user authentication
* Personal headset (optional)
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
