About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting our members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity that offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from members regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Provide clear and concise information to help members understand their coverage and options
- Offer solutions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and update member information as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and company offerings
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive, productive attitude
- The ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving their quality of life
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Excellent oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
