Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team and work from home. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries of varying types, including sales, billing, and technical issues
- Using probing question skills to actively listen to customers and resolve their concerns
- Meeting sales targets and managing objections to reduce churn
- Working with a high-energy team to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers
- Staying up-to-date with leading technologies and systems to provide the best possible service to customers

- An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (anywhere from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
Requirements to Work from Home
To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work
- Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better!)
- In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
